Danielle and Daniel Durbin founded Seven Haus after experiencing rapid growth as a duo working under The Durbin Realty Group. They were blessed with the opportunity to expand, and brought on a team of all-star realtors who were eager to grow alongside them. Since then, Seven Haus has expanded to include the Durbin’s custom home building venture, partnering with local builders in an effort to meet the ever increasing housing demands in North Texas. Known now as Seven Haus Custom Homes, they offer both showcase and custom builds for prospective owners and investors alike. Having been sought out for years by the community for a keen design eye, Danielle recently launched an additional branch of Seven Haus, SH Interiors, to enhance the client experience for SH Custom Homes and give a broader audience access to her design offerings via 1:1 video consultations.
Danielle is a Native Texan, and has been a resident of North Texas her entire life. Her faith is her foundation, and she strives daily to conduct all areas of her life in a way that brings honor and glory to God.

Melissa has been an active member in the the Little Elm community where she has lived with her husband and 2 children for the past 12 years. She loves to serve and give back to her community and is currently serving on the PTA board of her children’s school.

Kim Kurak has lived in the Dallas area for over 25 years. She has been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 1999.

She has been honored to receive several awards in the past few years. In 2019, she was awarded Company Wide Top Producer. Heather and her husband Mike form a dynamic duo in the Real Estate market. In their first year working together, Heather & Mike earned Top Producer status multiple times throughout the year, and Heather earned Rookie of the Year in their district for the amount of transactions they closed.
Heather, a former elementary school teacher, has been a Realtor since 2020.When Mike and Heather aren’t selling homes, they are either at the pool, the theatre, or at the volleyball court – supporting their three daughters with their endeavors.
Mike has been a California Real Estate Broker since 2006, and a Texas Real Estate Broker since 2018, when he, his wife Heather, and their three daughters relocated to Prosper, Texas from Southern California.

Margie is beyond thrilled to be a part of Seven Haus as she grows her business into the North Texas/Celina market. Having moved here from CA a year and a half ago, Margie has been a top producing agent in the San Francisco Bay Area/Silicon Valley market for the last 13 plus years. She has a background in commercial real estate as well as residential and luxury leasing. Margie has sold over $100,000,000 every year for the past 5 years and has a total sales volume of close to $1B throughout her entire career so far. She and her family fell in love with Light Farms and have instantly become active members in the community – coaching sports,serving as a room parent and hosting neighborhood events.
